Congrats To Kayla Dobies who run the fastest girls time of the DAY!!! (Lauren Valente accepts her award)
Girls ResultsThe girls team ran well paced by Kayla Dobies, who placed 1st. The girls were 5th of the 14 teams that ran. Kayla's time was the 2nd fastest in school history, narrowly missing the school record. In addition to Kayla 12 other girls set PR's, including Hannah Ruff and Isabella Gowen, who were this meets selections for athlete of the meet. Isabella becomes the #11 Freshman all time.
"It was a muddy course, but I wanted to stay on the Varsity so I had to do well. I did like the uphill finish." Isabella said of the course. The girls earned 5 medals, 9 ribbons and 1 plaque (see above) Nine girls made the list for best times by Dakota at Springfield Oaks. Lauren Valente at #19, Kaitria LaFleure at #17, Alexis Penzien, Rachel Sliger and Isabella Gowen at #13, #12, and #11. Marisa Weller at #9 Monica Micale at #6, Hannah Faustyn at #3 and Kayla at #1.

Boys ResultsThe boys had an average day placing 9th of the stacked field of 20 teams. Chase Fedolak lead the pack of boys finishing within 41 seconds of each other. The boys posted 10 personal Records on the day, earning one medal and seven ribbons (and many water bottles).
Zack MacDonald and Matt Thomas were our selections for athlete of the meet. Matt PRed by 63 seconds and Zack by 19. "I liked the course and I was please with my run." Freshman Matt Thomas' thoughts on the race. Seven guys made their way onto the top times list and they include Chase at #4, Brendan Koch at #5, Zack and Mitch MacDOnald at #7 and 8, Jimmy Hoefler at 10. Josh Jaster and Sawyer Kisha make the list at #14 and 15.
